3 Days Easy Return / Replacement

You can return or replace any product within 7 days of delivery.

 

Eligible for Return / Replacement

• Wrong item received
• Damaged or defective product
• Size issue (for kurtis / kurta sets)

 

Conditions

• Product must be unused and in original packaging
• All tags and labels must be intact
• The blouse piece must not be cut or opened

 

How to Return

1. Email us at support@suratvastra.in with your Order ID
2. We will arrange free pickup (in most cities)
3. Once we receive the product, we inspect it within 2 days
4. Replacement or refund will be processed immediately
